I haven’t trained in a long time, is this for me?

Yes. Salt Den was created for people who are just getting back into fitness or feel uncomfortable in traditional gyms. Every session is private and tailored to your level, so you’ll never feel judged or out of place.

All 1-on-1 sessions are held in a fully equipped private gym in Castle Hill. It’s just you and your trainer no crowds, no pressure.

We’ll start with a quick warm-up and then move through a personalised training session based on your goals, whether that’s strength, weight loss, mobility, or just feeling better. Every session is designed to help you progress confidently.

Most clients start with 1–2 sessions per week, depending on their schedule and goals. We’ll discuss what works best for you during your first call.

Just wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. Everything else is provided including a clean, private space and all the equipment we’ll need.

Pricing varies based on frequency and package. Daniel will walk you through your options during your goal setting call.
